Appointment Types
For your convenience, we offer several types of appointments explained below.
Doctor Appointments
Appointments are seen Monday through Friday and on indicated Saturdays. Appointment times vary depending on the day of the week, but start at 7:30 in the morning and the last appointment is accepted at 4 PM. Please call ahead to check for availability and schedule an appointment with us.
Drop-Offs
If you plan to drop off your pet with us to receive treatment, previously scheduled drop-offs are accepted between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM, unless otherwise discussed. You will be called after your pet has been assessed to discuss treatment options and/or findings. All drop-offs must be picked up before we close at 5 PM.
Surgery
If your pet is having surgery, the pre-anesthetic form will be discussed with you when you drop off your pet. Drop off is between 7:30 and 8:00 on the day of the surgery. If you have any questions, we will be happy to review them with you when you come in.
Remember, no food is allowed after 7:30 the night before your pet’s appointment (water is okay), and no breakfast or water is allowed on the morning of the procedure.
Tech Appointments
Available to our established clients only, tech appointments include any procedures needed to be done that do not require an exam by the doctor. These include appointments such as nail trims, anal gland expressions, suture removals, and Bordetella vaccinations. Tech appointments are available throughout the day. Please call ahead so we can schedule you to come in at a time that is most convenient for you, which will result in the shortest wait time possible. Note that pets seen at tech appointments must be up to date on rabies shots.
