Intown Animal Hospital adheres to the policies below to maintain smooth operations and ensure the safety of our staff, clients, and patients.

Intown Animal Hospital Policies
- We prefer and encourage our clients to make appointments for visits. Except in rare emergency cases, on-time appointments will always receive priority. We will, however, do our best to accommodate and see “fit-in” clients. Fit-in clients may either wait for a gap in our appointment schedule, or drop off their pet for later treatment and pickup.
- Unscheduled drop-off cases need to be in between 7:30 and 9:00 AM to allow ample time for examination and treatment before closing.
- Please be aware that for any SAME-DAY Doctors appointments (fit-in or drop-off) that a $107 exam fee is applied.
- Final pick-up for patients, food, or medications is 4:00 PM on weekdays, or 11:00 AM on Saturdays at our Morningside location.
- All patients must arrive on a leash or in a carrier.
- Patient pick-up after 5:15 is subject to a late pick-up fee of $37.45.
