Intown Hospital Appointment & Visit Policy

Scheduling Appointments

We strongly encourage scheduling appointments for all visits. If you believe your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact us immediately. We will advise whether we can see your pet promptly or if the situation requires an emergency facility.

Walk-in & Fit-In Visits

We do our best to accommodate walk-in or “fit-in” clients. Clients with scheduled appointments will take priority, but we’ll work to see your pet as quickly as possible. Fit-in visits may involve waiting for an opening or leaving your pet for treatment later in the day.

Drop-Off Wellness & Sick Visits

For drop-off wellness and sick visits, please bring your pet between 7:30–8:30 AM. This allows us enough time for a thorough examination and treatment before closing.

Arrival Requirements
To ensure safety for everyone, all patients must arrive on a leash or in a carrier.
Late Pick-Up Policy
Patient pickup after 5:00 PM will incur a late pickup fee of $37.45.
